ATSSA Registered Flagger Seminar
This workshop, defined by
the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), results in flagger
registration. To become registered, you must achieve 70% or better on a written
exam, and you must pass a demonstration test. The workshop will:
- teach principles of flagging
- demonstrate
the procedures and techniques of
flagging
- illustrate
some common applications of flagging
procedures
- incorporate
practice flagging sessions and
- demonstrate
skills required of registered flaggers

Who
Should Attend?
Employees from cities, counties, utilities or contractors
who perform
flagging on the job or who supervise or train flaggers.
$125,
4 classroom hours. Includes all course materials. This course is
offered under contract for public and private sector employees. Courses will be
presented either at FAU or a venue of the sponsor's choosing.
